My take: The said plot is a plantation, and only whole plot sale is only feasible. It is a quite large scale deal, and recommended only for serious long term investors. Immediate resale is not recommended. But on the plus side rubber trees will yield a recurrent monthly income (rubber prices are refusing to come down and are only heading for high).
plus side: assured very good monthly income, trouble free farm business (Pallickal is well known for rubber farming and there is no shortage of talented but trouble free labourers)
