My View: Quite good option, not too costly, real estate prices are in this range, so rubber trees come as added. 1 Kg of Rubber costs Rs. 200+ , so earnings from the plot will be good. In times of global financial crisis it is good to invest in hard commodities, and real estate in property plots is better than in risking in high gold price, or apartments. Also returns in short term in form of Rubber.
