Nowadays most people prefer to have a contracted job for constructing house. Being as keralaite as we are we want the best deal, within budget and the best possible house , which will not fit the budget! and that too to be constructed in the time between a job vacation in US or Gulf, irrespective of whether rain gods will be considerate or not.

Now most of the people are confused when it comes to giving work to contract. Most of us go by what is the cheapest quote, or whether you know them personally, leaving little nothing to enquire about the professional capabilities of the contractor.
